These items are then shipped to the United States with one of our trusted carriers, utilizing both air and ground shipping options.

Please note that this service comes with a standard processing time ranging early as 5-7 business days and as late as 7-14 business days depending on the item and its location. During this period, we prioritize the safety and security of your items, ensuring they are fully insured. This safeguard guarantees that you won’t incur significant losses in the rare event of damage or loss during transit.

Our meticulous processing timeline also incorporates a third-party inspection completed by one of our trusted affiliates based in Japan which rigorously assesses the condition of your items and their packaging before their journey to the US begins. Expected arrival for any air shipment items range from 2-4 weeks total, and container shipping items range from 2-4 months before delivery to US.

The prices you see listed for these items include our service charge, customs duties, and domestic shipping charge. US domestic shipping typically occurs once item arrives to one of our warehouses and is packed for shipping. In the event that a shipping adjustment is necessary, we will issue a separate invoice for any remaining balance. While we strive to maintain accuracy in our shipping rates and duties, please be aware that packaging requirements may change.
